Server Crash
Some times our servers are not suitable so they could get crash/lag and that duo to the number of the sessions that used by our Server IP , So we can provide you now simple ways to avoid server crash/lag. We can keep server suitable and useful for a week,on our private hosting and we will teach you how to fix the app if server crash.
Follow these TIPS:
- Check your network speed: The network is the first reason that make server crash on your app so besure that you have good network so the unblocker can unlock many websites on the internet.
- Check your android update: If your device is not up-to-date , You have to update it only if the server crashed for no reason that it can be your android version. Only you need t have at least 4.2.2 android or later.
- Verify your location: If you are living in the same location as our server is, This will crash the server in your app and you won't be able to use it ( If the IP is same as your's ).
- Update your app: We released before version 0.1 and it was the first release so if you have that version update your app into the latest version for more experience.
- Restart your WI-FI: If you feel server is lagging just restart the network on your device and the server will be more fast.
- Better Memory: If your device is less than 1gb ram the server may slow down your device and it could crash the server or coused the server lag. We recommend to own at lease 1 or 1.5GB ram on your device.
- Contact Support: If the server shutdown for no reason or you can't access the unblocker to unlock sites then you can contact our support and we will fix the server by updating the app into another level.
